YWAM’s training programs aim to equip Christians to serve others in everything from agriculture to linguistics, from drug rehabilitation to cross-cultural ministry. YWAM’s foundational course, which serves as the prerequisite for all other training programs, is called the Discipleship Training School (DTS). Most YWAM courses can be combined into degree programs through YWAM’s University of the Nations.
YWAM courses, often called “schools,” combine theory with practical application. They usually last between three and nine months. For many YWAM students, the intensive learning combined with community living makes for a transformational experience. YWAM students come from over 200 nations.
To find a YWAM training program, pick “Training” from the search bar above and type in subject words (such as Bible or Mission) or countries or cities. When you click on any training program, you’ll see a Contact Us button.
