Why do items disappear from my shopping
cart (when I look for an additional item to "add to cart," the
previous item has disappeared)?
--
If your item(s) seem to disappear from the
shopping cart, please try "refreshing" the page.
-- Another cause may be if your browser's privacy settings are on
HIGH. This site (as do many online merchant sites) uses cookies
to keep track of what is in your shopping cart. To solve this
issue, in Internet Explorer, click on "Tools" and choose
"Internet Options" from the drop-down menu; then choose the
"Privacy" tab and click on the "Default" button; your privacy
setting slider should be on Medium.

Why can I not access the STATE field in
the address section of the check-out page?
If you have a USA or
Canada address, your state field should expand once you choose
your country from the country drop-down list. If this does not
happen, it may be a browser incompatibility (the programming is
optimized for Internet Explorer).
If you are using IE, it is probably because your browser's security settings
are on HIGH, which disables java programming used in the secure
check-out area. To solve this issue, in Internet Explorer, click
on "Tools" and choose "Internet Options" from the drop-down
menu; then choose the "Security" tab, then (with the "Internet"
option highlighted) click on the "Default level" button; your
security setting slider should be on Medium. In many cases
you can simply go on to the next check-out page after having
filled everything else in, and record the "State" when providing
your credit card info.

I am on the check-out page and nothing
happens when I click on the "NEXT" button.
This may be due to a browser incompatibility (the programming
is optimized for Internet Explorer). If you are
using IE, it is probably because your browser's
security settings are on HIGH, which disables java programming
used in the secure check-out area. To solve this issue, in
Internet Explorer, click on "Tools" and choose "Internet
Options" from the drop-down menu; then choose the "Security"
tab, then (with the "Internet" option highlighted) click on the
"Default level" button; your security setting slider should be
on Medium.

Why does nothing seems to happen when I
click on a link on your site?
Sometimes when you have more than one browser window open, a link might appear
not be working when in fact the new page opens up in another already-open
window (hard to notice, if the other window is minimized).
If you still experience problems, please,
describe your problem to our technical contact,
including such information as to which operating system and browser you are
using.
In the meantime you can also use other ordering
methods; see first item below
